User roles

Adtransfer has been designed to facilitate usage by teams, therefor specific roles have been integrated into the platform to limit access for various members. The 4 types of users that the platform allows are : member, moderator, supervisor and administrator. Each user rank has specific limitations imposed.


MEMBER

The MEMBER rank is your default user membership, suitable for your publishers and advertisers only. This rank does not have access to the administrative interface.

  • Full access to the publisher interface.
  • Full access to the advertiser interface.



MODERATOR

The MODERATOR rank is an administrative role suitable for account managers which allows them to handle matters related to publishers.

  • Limited access to the administrative interface.
  • Access to the platform statistics
  • Can add supply endpoints.
  • Can edit supply endpoints.
  • Can use optimization for supply endpoints.
  • Can add and edit users as MEMBER.
  • Can add and remove websites.
  • Can be assigned as account manager for members.

SUPERVISOR

The SUPERVISOR rank is an administrative role suitable team members that handle demand partners and financial related situations.

  • Limited access to the administrative interface.
  • All the features of the MODERATOR
  • Can enable request log.
  • Can add demand endpoints.
  • Can edit demand endpoints.
  • Can use optimization for demand endpoints.
  • Can add and edit users as MEMBER and MODERATOR.
  • Access to publisher payments and incoming payments.

ADMINISTRATOR

The ADMINISTRATOR rank is an administrative role which allows access to all the platform features and settings. We recommend limited distribution.

  • Full access to the administrative interface.
  • All the features of the SUPERVISOR
  • Can add and edit users as MEMBER, MODERATOR and SUPERVISOR.
  • Can edit the general settings.
  • Can edit the platform settings.
  • Can modify the custom filters.
  • Can use mass edit.
